The aim of the “training the trainers manual” is to guide PLM instructors to follow the methodology defined in the ADDIE model for e-learning.

PLM instructors have different roles in e-learning such as instructional designer, subject matter expert, online facilitator and/or tutor. Therefore, they play an essential role in the ADDIE model. PLM instructors are going to use this manual for all the stages in the ADDIE model except implementation.
